Yesterday's 2nd Annual Fall Open House and Firehouse Fundraiser for Goochland Courthouse Company 5 was a big success! A HUGE Shoutout to EZ Ship of Goochland for the advertising signs, to Virginia State Police Medflight for their appearance, Goochland County Sheriff's Office for the child safety booth, Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt for serving the wonderful desert to go with our Smok N Pigz BBQ, Hardee's for their unbelievable tea, Goochland County Fire Rescue Chief Ferguson in the dunk booth, Fire Marshal Doug Davies for the smoke house, Centerville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Co 3's District Chief Kevin Jones for the assistance in landing the helicopter, Goochland County Parks and Recreation for the pop up tents and of course to all of the wonderful visitors who came by to show their support. We couldn't have done it without you! We look forward to seeing everyone for our Fall Bake and Raffle Sale on November 9.
